This series offers a  deeper commentary on what we intuitively know.  Everything is energetically alive, vibrating at an atomic level and therefore can be considered living, sentient beings.  Therefore, whatever we choose to eat, we offer gratefulness for the sharing of this mysterious energy. 

A mandala is a geometric configuration of symbols. In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation.
